We are currently looking for a dedicated professional to join our team and help us keep our facilities running smoothly, safely, and efficiently.
What is this role?
We are seeking a Senior Maintenance Engineer to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in the United States. This is a hands-on role for an experienced individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You will play a vital part in our operations by ensuring our commercial retail property remains in excellent condition while providing top-tier service to our community.
What will you do?
- Manage the physical operations and maintenance of the property, including performing repairs and preventive maintenance on systems like plumbing, electrical, and mechanical equipment.
- Ensure all service requests are completed in a timely and satisfactory manner while monitoring the property for potential safety hazards or liability concerns.
- Coordinate the set-up and takedown of property events and oversee the safe operation of building systems such as boilers, fans, and filtration equipment.

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial or retail facility maintenance, construction, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in areas such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or general contracting, along with the ability to read and interpret technical manuals and safety guides.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with tenants, vendors, and team members.
- A valid California Driver's License and the ability to obtain certifications for operating heavy machinery like boom lifts and forklifts.
- A professional demeanor, a reliable work ethic, and the flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and on-call emergency rotations.
