CordTechnologies is looking for a Machine Learning Solutions Engineer

We are Encord, a London-based startup dedicated to building a comprehensive training data platform for computer vision AI. Since our founding by a team of physicists, computer scientists, and quants, we have raised 20 million dollars from top-tier investors like Y Combinator and CRV to help companies harness AI while maintaining full control over their data. We are looking for a Machine Learning Solutions Engineer to join our team in the United Kingdom on a full-time, hybrid basis to help us bridge the gap between our technical capabilities and our customers' needs.

Responsibilities

Lead technical onboarding sessions, helping customers manage the import and export of data and labels within our platform.
Develop custom scripts and tools to address urgent customer feature requests, eventually collaborating with our engineering team to turn these into permanent platform features.
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for our customers and prospects.
Partner with our commercial teams throughout the entire customer lifecycle to provide technical expertise and support sales efforts.
Coordinate with our Sales and Machine Learning teams to design and execute effective product demonstrations.

Must-haves

At least one year of professional experience in a technical role.
Strong proficiency with Python, SQL, APIs, and cloud integrations.
A hacker mindset focused on solving customer problems with speed and efficiency.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to a customer-first approach.
The ability to estimate the scope of bug fixes and perform debugging using customer-provided stack traces.
A deal-driven attitude and the ability to thrive under pressure.
Fluency in English.

Nice-to-haves

Prior experience working as a Solutions Engineer.
Previous experience in a fast-paced B2B startup environment.
