CordTechnologies is looking for a Machine Learning Solutions Engineer
We are Encord, a London-based startup dedicated to building a comprehensive training data platform for computer vision AI. Since our founding by a team of physicists, computer scientists, and quants, we have raised 20 million dollars from top-tier investors like Y Combinator and CRV to help companies harness AI while maintaining full control over their data. We are looking for a Machine Learning Solutions Engineer to join our team in the United Kingdom on a full-time, hybrid basis to help us bridge the gap between our technical capabilities and our customers' needs.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical onboarding sessions, helping customers manage the import and export of data and labels within our platform.
- Develop custom scripts and tools to address urgent customer feature requests, eventually collaborating with our engineering team to turn these into permanent platform features.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for our customers and prospects.
- Partner with our commercial teams throughout the entire customer lifecycle to provide technical expertise and support sales efforts.
- Coordinate with our Sales and Machine Learning teams to design and execute effective product demonstrations.
Must-haves
- At least one year of professional experience in a technical role.
- Strong proficiency with Python, SQL, APIs, and cloud integrations.
- A hacker mindset focused on solving customer problems with speed and efficiency.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to a customer-first approach.
- The ability to estimate the scope of bug fixes and perform debugging using customer-provided stack traces.
- A deal-driven attitude and the ability to thrive under pressure.
- Fluency in English.

- Prior experience working as a Solutions Engineer.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced B2B startup environment.
