The opportunity

As our new Machine Learning Operations Engineer, you will be the architect behind the systems that power our intelligence. You will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing robust CI/CD pipelines, ensuring that our machine learning models move from development to production with speed, reliability, and precision. This is an exciting chance to shape the future of our ML operations, working closely with data scientists and engineers to ensure our workflows are scalable and our data integrity remains world-class. You will be the bridge between raw data and impactful business decisions, ensuring our systems are as efficient as they are innovative.

A day in the life

• You will design and manage automated CI/CD pipelines, ensuring that every model deployment is seamless, versioned, and fully reproducible.
• You will act as an architect for our cloud-based infrastructure, utilizing tools like Kubernetes and various cloud platforms to optimize resource utilization for training and inference.
• You will build and maintain sophisticated monitoring systems that track model performance and data drift in real time, allowing us to proactively address anomalies and maintain high reliability.

Who you are

You are a seasoned engineer who speaks English fluently and thrives in a remote, collaborative environment. You bring a deep technical background and a passion for building scalable systems. We are looking for someone who possesses:

• Strong proficiency in Python and extensive experience with MLOps frameworks like MLflow or Kubeflow.
• A solid grasp of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Expertise in containerization and orchestration tools, specifically Docker and Kubernetes.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to create clear documentation and share knowledge across cross-functional teams.
• Deep familiarity with CI/CD tools and a strong understanding of data validation, feature engineering, and model monitoring.
