As we continue to innovate, we are looking for a talented Machine Learning Engineer to join our team and help us build the next generation of agentic AI systems that can reason over massive volumes of machine log data in real time.
What you'll be doing
- Design and optimize core agentic AI components, focusing specifically on memory management, context engineering, and prompt development.
- Develop and maintain high-quality golden datasets by establishing robust sourcing strategies and ensuring data representativeness at scale.
- Prototype and evaluate innovative reasoning chains and prompting strategies to ensure our models remain reliable, interpretable, and performant.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong foundation in computer science and a passion for shaping the future of AI. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- A degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- One to two years of hands-on industry experience where you have demonstrated the ability to own and deliver technical projects.
- Strong proficiency in Python along with essential data libraries such as NumPy, pandas, and scikit-learn.
- A solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals, data pipelines, and model evaluation techniques.
- Practical knowledge of LLM core concepts, agentic design patterns, and prompt engineering.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in an English-speaking environment.
- Bonus points if you have experience with frameworks like LangGraph or LangChain, or if you have worked with ML infrastructure tools like PyTorch, AWS, or Docker.
What you'll get
We offer a competitive annual base salary range of $148,000 to $173,200, depending on your specific experience, skills, and location. In addition to your base compensation, you will receive the following:
