Regrello is looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. We are a 60-person startup focused on transforming the $13 trillion supply chain industry, which currently relies heavily on outdated email communication. Our platform features a powerful workflow engine, a specialized forms engine, and an AI engine that optimizes complex manufacturing processes. Backed by prominent investors like Andreessen Horowitz and Tiger Global, our team includes veterans from companies like Apple, Microsoft, and Palantir. We are currently seeking a US-based professional who can bridge the gap between our research and software engineering teams to bring advanced AI capabilities to our global customers.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy AI models that address genuine challenges within global supply chains and manufacturing environments.
- Utilize and refine state-of-the-art machine learning techniques while staying informed on the latest industry advancements to drive innovation across our platform.
- Work closely with design, product, and engineering teams to create high-impact features that serve some of the world's largest electronics manufacturers.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering with a GPA of 3.5 or higher.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in scaling and deploying Deep Learning models or ETL pipelines for real-world applications.
- Proven expertise in training deep learning models within distributed, multi-node GPU environments.
- Strong proficiency in Python and PyTorch, along with experience using data engineering tools like Spark and Airflow.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset toward solving complex global problems.
