What you bring
As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer working in a full-time, remote capacity, you will be at the heart of our efforts to integrate advanced AI solutions into our operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable systems that improve patient outcomes and streamline our pharmacy services. Your work will involve utilizing modern tools like Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Kubeflow to drive meaningful business results. You can be based anywhere within the United States, though specific state residency requirements apply for employment.
- Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable machine learning models that address real-world operational and patient-care challenges.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers while driving our broader organizational machine learning strategy.
- Partner with product and operations teams to translate complex business needs into effective, data-driven technical solutions.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate who possesses a deep passion for building ML-powered products and a proven track record of executing complex projects at scale. You should hold a Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field, along with at least five years of professional experience in machine learning or applied science. Strong proficiency in Python and experience with SQL and Pandas are essential for your day-to-day work. You must be comfortable working in cloud environments and have a solid grasp of scikit-learn and foundational models. Beyond your technical hard skills, you should be an excellent communicator capable of explaining intricate concepts to non-technical stakeholders and have a sharp, analytical mindset for problem-solving. Fluency in English is required for this role.
