We are looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our Business Intelligence team at Easybrain. You will play a vital role in building the internal systems that empower our data-driven approach to creating world-class puzzle and logic games.

Responsibilities

Design and deploy production-ready machine learning models to personalize player experiences and predict user lifetime value.
Convert research prototypes into scalable, high-performance code for real-world application.
Manage the full model lifecycle, including writing efficient SQL queries and optimizing training and inference speeds.
Implement CI/CD pipelines to automate model deployment, performance monitoring, and drift tracking.
Evaluate model accuracy and explore innovative techniques to drive key business metrics forward.

Must-haves

Expertise in Python with a focus on production system optimization.
Advanced SQL skills and experience handling large, complex datasets.
Strong foundation in classic machine learning algorithms and technical decision-making.
Proven track record of moving models from research to production by writing clean, testable code.
Fluency in Russian.
Proficiency in English at an intermediate level or higher.

Nice-to-haves

Background in mobile gaming or advertising technology.
Experience working with various BI tools.
