What is this role?

We are looking for a Mid-Level Machine Learning Engineer to join us on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role where you will play a vital part in building the foundational software that powers our autonomous systems. You will work alongside a talented group of engineers to push the boundaries of what is possible in the self-driving industry.

What will you do?

• Develop and maintain the core engineering foundations for our autonomy software by contributing to various machine learning projects.
• Partner with algorithm and autonomy experts to scale our self-driving systems using an AI-first methodology.
• Create standardized frameworks for training and production that adhere to the highest industry standards.

What makes you a great fit?

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in Computer Science or Robotics, typically demonstrated by a Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of industry experience, or an advanced degree. We value candidates who are fluent in English and possess the following skills:

• Strong programming proficiency in Python, C++, or Rust.
• Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks, particularly PyTorch.
• A proven track record of building software solutions on AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with distributed machine learning training, model deployment, and monitoring.
• A collaborative mindset and a passion for solving complex technical challenges in the autonomous vehicle space.
