What you bring

We are seeking a Mid-Level Machine Learning Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is available to candidates located anywhere, and we offer a flexible hybrid work environment. You will be instrumental in building the future of our wellness products through the following responsibilities:

• Designing and deploying predictive models for a variety of B2B and B2C applications.
• Managing data from multiple sources to create robust training pipelines.
• Partnering with product managers to ensure our technical solutions drive meaningful customer impact.

Requirements

To succeed in this position, you should be a strong individual contributor with a deep sense of intellectual curiosity regarding how AI and predictive modeling can solve complex business challenges. We look for candidates who possess a blend of technical precision and high-level business context. You should have at least two years of experience building and shipping machine learning models to production, along with an advanced degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, physics, economics, or engineering. Proficiency in Python and SQL is essential, as is the ability to communicate your ideas clearly in both written and spoken English.
