Role at a glance

We are seeking a mid-level Machine Learning Engineer to join our cross-functional team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position open to candidates based in Serbia. You will play a key role in developing our Rasa Copilot, working alongside backend and full-stack engineers, product designers, and managers to refine the user experience for our platform.

Your impact

• Develop and enhance the Rasa Copilot and Rasa Pro codebases using Python.
• Design, execute, and analyze experiments to optimize LLM prompts and evaluation systems.
• Collaborate with product teams to identify user needs, build new features, and proactively communicate your progress and technical insights.

What you'll need

• At least 3 years of professional experience building machine learning systems.
• Familiarity with modern LLM frameworks and protocols.
• A strong background in running experiments and following rigorous evaluation protocols.
• A proactive mindset that allows you to solve problems independently and communicate effectively in an English-speaking environment.
• A genuine curiosity for machine learning and a passion for building commercial software that provides real value to users.

Perks and compensation
