At Suki, we are building the future of healthcare by creating a digital assistant that serves as a voice user interface for doctors. Our platform helps clinicians reclaim their time by significantly reducing the administrative burden associated with electronic health records, allowing them to focus on what matters most, their patients. We are a team of technologists and medical experts working together to innovate in a massive market, and we are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer II to join our mission in India.
Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance our computational infrastructure by applying advanced NLP techniques.
- Build and maintain the platform that powers our microservices architecture.
- Scale our systems to support thousands of doctors while prioritizing usability and performance.
- Utilize Golang to implement robust microservices.
- Optimize existing processes through data-driven problem solving and relentless iteration.
Must-haves
- At least 3 years of professional experience in Machine Learning, with a specific focus on NLP.
- A proven track record of taking an NLP model from development through to enterprise-level production.
- Expertise in deploying state-of-the-art deep neural network models.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain distributed backend services for AI and ML applications.
- A solid foundation in computer science fundamentals, including algorithms, data structures, and system design.
- Strong communication skills in English.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience working within the GCP ecosystem.
- Proficiency with Kubernetes for container orchestration.
- Familiarity with our broader tech stack, which includes Python, React, C++, TypeScript, JavaScript, Swift, and Kotlin.
