We are looking for a Senior Luxury Travel Specialist to join our team in the United Kingdom. Our company operates an exclusive, invitation-only concierge app that provides high-end lifestyle management services to our members, and we need an expert to help us deliver exceptional travel experiences.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming travel requests from our members through our private concierge platform.
- Provide expert travel advice to our internal lifestyle management team with a focus on quick response times.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of travel bookings, from the initial quote to the final confirmation.
- Leverage and expand our network of luxury suppliers to offer the best possible options to our members.
- Communicate clearly with members regarding product availability and service options.
- Meet and exceed your individual monthly sales and service performance goals.
- Share member feedback and service insights with the team to help us improve our offerings.
- Act as a brand ambassador to help grow our membership base.
- Represent us at supplier events and industry trade shows to strengthen our professional partnerships.
- Take advantage of opportunities to attend educational trips to enhance your product knowledge.
Must-haves
- Proven experience in sales and customer service within the luxury travel sector.
- Strong ability to meet and exceed established sales targets.
- Expertise in supplier management and building professional relationships.
- Deep product knowledge regarding luxury travel destinations and services.
- Fluency in English.
- Ability to work on-site in the United Kingdom.
