The opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Localisation Project Manager to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. In this role, you will work hand-in-hand with our Localisation Manager to ensure that our platform and services resonate culturally and linguistically with our international users. You will be the driving force behind our global outreach, taking ownership of the end-to-end localisation process while fostering strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external vendors. This is a chance to shape how our technology is experienced around the world, ensuring that our commitment to quality and efficiency remains consistent across every market.
A day in the life
- You will manage the full lifecycle of localisation projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams like engineering, marketing, and sales to ensure timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- You will utilize Translation Management Systems, such as Lokalise, to streamline workflows and implement best practices that improve our overall production efficiency.
- You will act as a key advocate for localisation within the company, conducting reviews and training sessions to help internal teams better understand the importance of adapting our solutions for diverse global audiences.

You are a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of the localisation landscape and a passion for customer satisfaction. You bring a detail-oriented mindset to every project, and you thrive when solving complex problems in a fast-paced environment. To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Translation, Linguistics, International Business, Project Management, or a related field.
- Extensive experience managing localisation projects and maintaining productive relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Proven expertise in using Translation Management Systems like Lokalise.
- Exceptional communication skills, with mandatory fluency in English.
- Additional fluency in Spanish, French, German, Italian, or Portuguese is highly advantageous, and previous experience as a linguist or translator is a significant plus.
