We are now looking for a passionate Local Marketing Manager to join our team in Bochum and help us bring our mission to even more families across the country.
The opportunity
This senior-level role is central to our growth. You will be the bridge between our national brand and our 700 local centers, ensuring that our marketing efforts resonate on a regional level. By collaborating closely with center managers and our sales teams, you will develop strategies that not only boost our visibility but also drive meaningful customer acquisition. You will be the guardian of our brand identity, ensuring every local campaign reflects the high standards that our customers expect from us.
A day in the life
- You will design and execute regional marketing strategies that align with our broader business goals while analyzing market trends to uncover new growth opportunities.
- You will serve as a key partner to our center managers and sales teams, providing them with the resources, training, and support they need to succeed in their local markets.
- You will manage local marketing budgets and track campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimize our spending and report on our return on investment.
Who you are
You are a seasoned marketing professional with at least three years of experience in trade, field, or local marketing. You thrive in environments where you can blend creative strategy with rigorous project management. Because you will be working across our German network, you must be fluent in both English and German. You possess an analytical mindset that allows you to turn raw data into actionable plans, and you are comfortable traveling to our centers and our headquarters in Bochum to stay connected with the pulse of our operations.
