The role

We are seeking a Loan Officer to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. This is a mid-level position ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment. As a Renovation Advisor, you will serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners who have already expressed interest in our services, helping them navigate the complexities of renovation financing with our industry-leading products.

Core responsibilities

• Engage with homeowners who have requested information to guide them through our renovation financing solutions.
• Manage the entire loan lifecycle, from initial outreach and education to the final closing process.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with our operations team to ensure all loans are processed efficiently while meeting monthly sales quotas.

Skills and experience

• Possess an active NMLS License and at least two years of experience as a licensed mortgage loan originator.
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree or demonstrate equivalent experience in lending or real estate.
• Demonstrate unrivaled verbal communication skills and the ability to solve problems quickly.
• Maintain proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms to manage a defined sales pipeline.
• Exhibit a relentless, coachable, and adaptable mindset when working with clients and internal processes.
