What is this role?

We are seeking a Mid-Level LLM Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position, meaning you can work from anywhere. You will play a vital role in advancing our artificial intelligence capabilities and helping us refine the technology that supports care providers across the country.

What will you do?

• Take the lead on developing, maintaining, and monitoring LLM solutions that are essential to the functionality of the Inspiren ecosystem.
• Contribute your expertise to our high-quality computer vision models, which are currently deployed across our fleet of AUGi systems.
• Work in a cross-functional environment alongside product managers, software developers, and clinical staff to define system requirements and bring new features to life.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong foundation in software engineering and data science. We are looking for someone who brings the following skills and qualities to the table:

• At least two years of hands-on experience working with machine learning projects at scale.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and deep experience with LLM workflows, including training, fine-tuning, and deployment.
• Solid technical knowledge of PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Excellent communication skills in English, allowing you to explain complex technical concepts to diverse team members.
• A proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
