What you'll be doing
- You will manage the full lifecycle of litigation support tasks by utilizing our specialized eDiscovery software suite.
- You will oversee intricate ESI collections, handle data processing and transfers, manage database configurations, and facilitate the attorney review process.
- You will develop advanced search queries, create document review templates, maintain detailed project logs, coordinate with external vendors, and provide technical training to end-users.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in litigation support and a deep understanding of the following areas:
- Extensive experience with data processing and database management.
- Proficiency in handling ESI collections and various technology platforms used in legal discovery.
- The ability to communicate clearly with attorneys and internal stakeholders.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
