We are looking for a talented individual to join our IT Operations team and help us build the future of real estate data.

What is this role?

We are hiring a Senior Linux Engineer to join us on a full-time basis. This is a remote position, meaning you can work from anywhere. You will be a key member of our IT Operations team, working in an enterprise environment where system uptime is vital to supporting our global business units and customers.

What will you do?

• You will focus on the continuous improvement of our infrastructure, ranging from bare metal and hypervisors to operating systems, virtual machines, and containers.
• You will troubleshoot complex issues to find the root cause across various technology stacks and collaborate effectively with other teams.
• You will develop scripts, procedures, and processes to support data management, migration, and application development.

What makes you a great fit?

To succeed in this role, you should have at least five years of experience as a Linux Systems Engineer in an enterprise setting. We are looking for someone with a passion for data and a strong technical background. You should be proficient in the following areas:

• Linux system administration, including user and key management, SSH, file systems, and LVM.
• Virtualization and cloud platforms, specifically VMware and AWS.
• Storage and networking technologies, including NFS, iSCSI, CIFS, DHCP, DNS, and load balancing.
• Identity management and security, with experience in LDAP, SSO, and Kerberos.
• Programming and automation, particularly Python development, shell scripting, and tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Terraform.
• A strong command of the English language is required for clear communication.

If you hold industry certifications like RHCE, Linux+, NCDA, or VCP, that is a bonus. Above all, we value an endless curiosity and a drive to modernize our administrative practices.
