Role at a glance
We are seeking a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position available to candidates located anywhere. You will be the primary driver for our messaging strategy, taking ownership of campaigns from initial concept through to final deployment and analysis.
Your impact
- Take full ownership of lifecycle campaigns, managing everything from the initial strategy and segmentation logic to the final QA and deployment.
- Build and configure behavior-triggered workflows and email templates directly within Customer.io to drive activation and engagement.
- Design and execute structured experiments, analyzing performance data to iterate on messaging and improve customer outcomes across the entire journey.
What you'll need
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in CRM or lifecycle marketing and a passion for hands-on execution. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- 4 to 6 years of experience in lifecycle or customer marketing, ideally within a high-growth or SaaS environment.
- Deep technical proficiency with lifecycle platforms like Customer.io, including experience with dynamic content, Liquid, and basic HTML.
- A proven track record of running A/B tests and using data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance.
- Strong collaborative skills, with the ability to partner effectively with copywriters, designers, and product teams.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to independently identify and execute on new messaging opportunities.
- Fluency in English.
