We are a passionate, cross-functional team of operators and leaders, and we are looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join us in building a more dynamic and inclusive workplace.

What you'll be doing

You will collaborate with our lifecycle marketing team to guide leads and customers through the revenue funnel while managing specific customer lifecycle stages.
You will design and execute strategic initiatives, including email and SDR campaigns, while using data and testing to refine our programs and improve customer lifetime value.
You will monitor the overall customer experience and evaluate the success of your campaigns by utilizing smart reporting and analytics tools.

What you'll bring

We are looking for someone with 3 to 7 years of experience in lifecycle, database, or customer marketing. You should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing projects to meet deadlines. Because this role requires cross-functional coordination, you must possess strong communication skills and a willingness to collaborate effectively with sales, product, and marketing stakeholders. You should have a solid understanding of how to create and execute campaigns across email, landing pages, and product channels. Experience with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or SalesLoft is considered a significant plus.

What you'll get
