We are a passionate, cross-functional team of operators and leaders, and we are looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join us in building a more dynamic and inclusive workplace.
What you'll be doing
- You will collaborate with our lifecycle marketing team to guide leads and customers through the revenue funnel while managing specific customer lifecycle stages.
- You will design and execute strategic initiatives, including email and SDR campaigns, while using data and testing to refine our programs and improve customer lifetime value.
- You will monitor the overall customer experience and evaluate the success of your campaigns by utilizing smart reporting and analytics tools.
What you'll bring
We are looking for someone with 3 to 7 years of experience in lifecycle, database, or customer marketing. You should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing projects to meet deadlines. Because this role requires cross-functional coordination, you must possess strong communication skills and a willingness to collaborate effectively with sales, product, and marketing stakeholders. You should have a solid understanding of how to create and execute campaigns across email, landing pages, and product channels. Experience with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or SalesLoft is considered a significant plus.
