What is this role?
We are hiring a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our Growth Marketing team on a full-time, hybrid basis. The position is open to senior-level professionals and is based in either New York City or Toronto.
What will you do?
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle marketing strategy that drives customer acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention across the full customer journey.
- Plan, build, and execute email and SMS campaigns-including template setup, copywriting, asset coordination, scheduling, and performance measurement-while collaborating with product, design, data, and customer-success teams.
- Design and run a continuous roadmap of experiments, develop reporting on key metrics, and use data insights to refine personalization and overall campaign effectiveness.
What makes you a great fit?
You bring 3–5+ years of hands-on lifecycle marketing experience, ideally within FinTech, banking, or financial services, and you are comfortable working at a fast-moving startup. You are a strategic thinker who is equally happy diving into the details, and you combine strong analytical skills with clear, persuasive writing. You understand how emails are constructed and have solid knowledge of HTML and CSS, along with deep expertise in A/B testing, multivariate testing, and other experimentation methods. You are fluent in lifecycle best practices and marketing-automation platforms, and you communicate effectively across product, design, content, and customer-success teams. Bonus points if you have worked with Customer.io, Mixpanel, Sigma, or Segment. Proficiency in English is required.
