We are Crunchyroll, a fan-founded company that brings the art and culture of anime to more than 100 million fans across 200 countries and territories. From streaming and events to games and merchandise, we create experiences that help people connect with the stories they love. We are now looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Ecommerce Manager to join our team in London on a hybrid basis and help drive growth across our international e-commerce markets.
What you'll be doing
- Support revenue targets for the United Kingdom, EU, and Australia/New Zealand markets by planning and running global e-commerce lifecycle campaigns that boost engagement, upsells, retention, and re-engagement.
- Lead end-to-end campaign execution across email, push notifications, in-app messages, and in-product channels, from opportunity identification and strategy through asset creation, localization, reporting, and ongoing optimization.
- Partner with product, analytics, and data teams to analyze user behavior, uncover lifecycle opportunities, and roll out scalable retention programs that rely on A/B and multivariate testing to improve conversions.
What you'll bring
You bring at least eight years of hands-on experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or retention marketing, ideally within e-commerce. You have worked with marketing automation platforms such as Braze, Emarsys, Iterable, Sailthru, Salesforce, or Marketing Cloud to build personalized customer journeys, and you are comfortable using analytics tools like Mixpanel to guide decisions. You have managed complex, localized projects that require coordination across multiple countries and time zones, and you are proficient with project-management tools such as JIRA. A bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field, marketing, or business completes your profile, along with fluency in English.
What you'll get
You will receive a hybrid work schedule, company-paid private medical, dental, and vision insurance, an employee assistance program, and access to professional development courses and conferences. Additional perks include accrued paid time off, summer Fridays, eight company holidays plus 20 days of annual leave, flexible scheduling, online wellness classes, free premium Crunchyroll access, monthly store discounts, game and anime nights, gym and meal allowances, travel reimbursement to the office, and paid parental leave for all parents. A salary contribution to a defined-contribution pension plan is also provided.
