What you bring

We are seeking a Senior Life Cycle Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. You will be instrumental in shaping our brand story and driving engagement through both acquisition and retention strategies. This role requires a blend of creative vision and analytical rigor to ensure our members receive meaningful, personalized experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Designing and executing multi-channel member journeys across email, SMS, and push notifications.
• Managing the end-to-end lifecycle campaign calendar, including copywriting, design coordination, and HTML implementation.
• Partnering with our analytics team to track key performance indicators and refine messaging strategies based on data-driven insights.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with at least four years of experience in consumer lifecycle marketing, user engagement, or retention. We require a background in ecommerce, specifically with experience across both B2C and B2B sectors. You should be comfortable working with tools like Iterable, Google Analytics, and Asana, and you must possess basic to intermediate HTML and CSS skills. We value candidates who are adept at using AI tools to streamline workflows while maintaining a human touch. A strong grasp of dynamic templating and personalization is essential, as is the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively.

What we offer

We are committed to providing competitive compensation that reflects your expertise and contributions. The annual base salary for this position is between $130,000 and $150,000 USD.
