We are looking for a Life Coach Sales Entrepreneur to join our team in a full-time capacity. National Dance Clubs has been a staple in the community since 1984, helping people master the art of dance while fostering essential communication and cooperation skills. We provide an accredited curriculum that prepares you to teach ballroom and social dance styles like salsa, swing, and tango. This role is a unique opportunity to build your own business while working in a vibrant, creative environment.
Responsibilities
- Participate in comprehensive dance training and business coaching to master our teaching methods and operational standards.
- Manage your own student body by utilizing the interested leads we provide to you.
- Deliver high-quality dance lessons while teaching students the interpersonal skills necessary for successful human interaction.
Requirements
- No prior experience is required, as we provide full training for all new staff members.
- A strong interest in coaching, teaching, and sales is essential for success in this role.
- Candidates must be comfortable working on-site at our locations in Franklin or Brentwood, Tennessee.
- Proficiency in English is required to effectively communicate with our students and team.
