What is this role?
We are looking for a Senior Licensing and Operations Specialist to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. In this position, you will serve as a key player in managing our licensing processes and operational support. You will be responsible for ensuring that our licensing policies are implemented accurately while optimizing internal workflows to enhance overall productivity and compliance.
What will you do?
- Oversee the full lifecycle of software licenses and support contracts, including managing renewal dates, monitoring usage, and identifying cost-effective solutions.
- Maintain asset management records for all software and hardware, including tracking warranties, organizing diagnostic and repair processes, and managing access information like passwords and tokens.
- Partner with vendors such as Microsoft and VMware to ensure we meet licensing requirements, manage software procurement requests, and coordinate with our Finance and Procurement departments to maintain budget control.

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in operations and a keen eye for detail. We are looking for someone who brings the following qualifications:
- An Upper Intermediate level of proficiency in English.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and a proven ability to collect and analyze complex data.
- Solid experience with Microsoft licensing models, legal terminology, and business terms.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A good understanding of hardware specifications and components.
- Previous experience in a similar role is considered a significant advantage.
