We are that team, and we are looking for someone ready to step in as our next Level 3 Senior Cloud Support Engineer.
The opportunity
In this role you will serve as the senior technical voice our customers turn to when the stakes are highest. You will combine deep AWS expertise with a service-first mindset to keep production environments healthy, guide architectural decisions, and help shape how we deliver support at scale. Your work directly influences both day-to-day reliability for existing clients and the success of new projects we bring on board.
A day in the life
- You might start the morning reviewing overnight alerts, performing security patching, and running an AWS Well-Architected Framework Review to surface cost-saving and security improvements for a long-standing customer.
- Midday could find you on a scoping call with the pre-sales team, translating a prospect’s requirements into a clear, technically sound engagement plan while mentoring a junior engineer who shadows the discussion.
- In the afternoon you might build a small automation script that removes a repetitive deployment step, then step into the on-call rotation to troubleshoot a complex production issue and present the customer with a concise, actionable fix.
Who you are
You bring several years of hands-on systems administration experience in AWS environments and feel confident leading security reviews, managing AWS accounts, and designing large-scale solutions. You are fluent in English, comfortable juggling multiple priorities, and skilled at turning ambiguous problems into straightforward recommendations. Experience conducting AWS Well-Architected Framework Reviews and a genuine interest in mentoring others are highly valued.
