We are a fast-growing, people-first organization based in Grand Rapids, and we are looking for a tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Level 1 IT Support Technician. Role at a glance

This is a full-time, on-site position based in our Grand Rapids office. As a junior-level technician, you will serve as the first point of contact for our team, ensuring that our daily operations run smoothly by providing essential technical support and troubleshooting.

Your impact

Act as the frontline support for hardware, software, and peripheral issues, including troubleshooting Microsoft Office, docking stations, and input devices.
Manage user access and system health by handling password resets and assisting with the administration of Windows and macOS environments.
Document all support tickets and resolutions in our tracking system while determining when to escalate complex issues to senior team members.

What you'll need

A solid grasp of computer hardware, peripherals, and general troubleshooting techniques.
Working knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical solutions to users of all experience levels.
A professional demeanor, ideally supported by experience in a help desk or customer service environment.
Preferred qualifications include a CompTIA A+ certification, familiarity with Active Directory, and previous experience in an enterprise setting or the logistics industry.
Fluency in English is required.
