Role at a glance
We are looking for a Learning Services Specialist to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity. This is a mid-level role based in the United States, perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is ready to take ownership of our learning initiatives.
Your impact
- You will design, develop, and implement engaging training courses within our Learning Management System to ensure our users have the tools they need to succeed.
- You will manage the full lifecycle of training content, from creating and revising materials to deploying them across the organization and analyzing their effectiveness.
- You will act as a key partner to our operations teams, identifying process improvements and troubleshooting curriculum architecture to keep our learning programs running smoothly.
What you'll need
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Two to four years of professional customer experience, ideally within a SaaS Customer Success environment.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle cross-functional deliverables in a fast-paced setting.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral, and the ability to navigate complex interpersonal situations with diplomacy.
- A detail-oriented mindset and the flexibility to produce high-quality work in an environment that embraces change.
- Fluency in English.
