Role at a glance

We are looking for a Learning Services Specialist to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity. This is a mid-level role based in the United States, perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is ready to take ownership of our learning initiatives.

Your impact

• You will design, develop, and implement engaging training courses within our Learning Management System to ensure our users have the tools they need to succeed.
• You will manage the full lifecycle of training content, from creating and revising materials to deploying them across the organization and analyzing their effectiveness.
• You will act as a key partner to our operations teams, identifying process improvements and troubleshooting curriculum architecture to keep our learning programs running smoothly.

What you'll need

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Two to four years of professional customer experience, ideally within a SaaS Customer Success environment.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle cross-functional deliverables in a fast-paced setting.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral, and the ability to navigate complex interpersonal situations with diplomacy.
• A detail-oriented mindset and the flexibility to produce high-quality work in an environment that embraces change.
• Fluency in English.
