We are currently modernizing how organizations interact with their data through our SaaS platform, and we are looking for a talented individual to help us expand our Education and Training program. About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Learning Experience Designer to join us on a part-time contract basis. In this role, you will work within our Customer Experience department to create high-quality training resources and video content. Your primary goal will be to help our customers and partners quickly adopt our platform by simplifying technical information and building a robust library of educational materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a comprehensive catalog of video content focused on our product and thought leadership.
• Design and produce curriculum resources that can be utilized effectively by both our internal teams and our external customers.
• Partner with our technical experts to translate complex data concepts into clear, actionable language for non-technical users.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should bring a strong background in educational design and a creative approach to problem-solving. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience creating learning resources, ideally within the SaaS or data catalog sectors.
• Strong proficiency in design tools, specifically Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva.
• A solid understanding of accessibility standards like WCAG 2.0 and a commitment to creating inclusive content.
• Experience working with LMS platforms and video development software.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with daily work tools such as Mac, Google Docs, and Slack.

Location

This position is fully remote and can be performed from anywhere.
