What is this role?
This is a full-time, remote position based in the United States. We are looking for a mid-level professional who is ready to take ownership of our learning initiatives. You will report directly to our Senior Manager of Learning & Development and play a vital role in shaping how our teams grow and succeed.
What will you do?
- Research, design, and implement creative learning strategies that utilize both synchronous and asynchronous content to support our business goals.
- Oversee the end-to-end project management of our internal leadership and management development programs.
- Track the success of our learning initiatives by managing metrics, analyzing survey data, and assessing the overall impact on team effectiveness.

- A professional command of the English language.
