Role at a glance
We are seeking a Senior Learning and Development Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position, meaning you can contribute to our mission from anywhere. You will report directly to our Manager of Learning and Development and play a key role in the success of our regional initiatives.
Your impact
- Drive our learning strategy by executing curricula that align with both our business objectives and the professional needs of our employees.
- Take charge of our regional learning management system, ensuring that our platforms are administered effectively and meet our internal standards.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects, including employee onboarding, training rollouts, and the management of partner-provided skilling resources.
What you'll need
To thrive in this role, you should have a strong background in Human Resources and Learning Strategy. We are looking for someone who excels at project coordination and has a sharp eye for administrative detail. You must be fluent in English and comfortable managing complex rollouts and onboarding processes. If you are a proactive communicator who enjoys collaborating with stakeholders to solve problems, you will fit right in with our team.
