The L&D Specialist supports the planning, coordination, and execution of learning and development initiatives for Hitachi Solutions Americas. Reporting to the Manager, Learning & Development, this role helps deliver impactful learning experiences, supports employee onboarding, and ensures smooth administration of learning platforms and programs.
Responsibilities
Support Learning Strategy Implementation: Assist in executing learning strategies and curricula for the organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives and learner needs. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to gather feedback, address issues, and ensure learning initiatives meet both employee and organizational needs.
Learning Platform Administration: Support the administration of the LMS platform for the Americas region, including assisting Learning Administrators and ensuring adherence to standards and conventions.
Facilitate Skilling Voucher Programs: Assist in managing skilling resources and distributing exam vouchers provided by Hitachi Solutions technology partners, ensuring compliance with program guidelines and accurate record-keeping.
Enable Employee Onboarding: Contribute to the onboarding process by helping maintain Onboarding Checklist functionality to deliver customized, role-based onboarding experiences.
Project Coordination: Provide administrative and communications support for HR and L&D projects within the Americas HR Team, including training rollouts, compliance initiatives, and other cross-functional projects.
