What is this role?
This is a full-time, remote Lead Web Marketing and Conversion Optimization position. You will own the performance and continuous improvement of our digital properties across Canada, the United States, and Europe, working at both the strategic and hands-on levels.
What will you do?
- Build and drive a CRO and UX roadmap that aligns with business priorities, then measure results through weekly and monthly reports on conversion rate, average order value, page speed, and other key metrics.
- Lead our web squad-front-end integrators, e-commerce specialists, and similar roles-while contributing to hiring, coaching, and performance reviews.
- Design and roll out conversion-rate optimization programs worldwide, including A/B tests, heatmaps, and UI/UX improvements, especially for our security division, while ensuring brand consistency and close collaboration with traffic-acquisition and IT teams.
What makes you a great fit?
You bring deep experience in web marketing, conversion optimization, user-experience design, A/B testing, and web analytics.
