Imagine a workspace where your creative vision directly shapes the way people interact with technology. We are building a team that values both technical precision and imaginative design, and we are looking for a Lead UX Designer to help us craft intuitive, meaningful experiences. Our mission is to bridge the gap between complex user needs and elegant digital solutions, ensuring that every product we launch feels natural and helpful to our customers. If you are someone who loves solving puzzles and advocating for the user, you will find a home here in India.
The opportunity
As our Lead UX Designer, you will serve as the primary voice for our users. You will partner closely with our product managers and engineering leads to identify friction points and transform them into seamless features. This is a full-time, on-site position where you will own the design quality across our product suite. You will not just be designing screens, but defining the standards and processes that keep our user experience consistent and high-performing.
A day in the life
- You will lead design projects across specific product areas, mentoring junior designers and ensuring our high standards for quality are met at every stage.
- You will translate complex user research into actionable wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that align with our strategic goals.
- You will facilitate usability testing sessions to gather direct feedback, iterating on your concepts until they perfectly meet the needs of our audience.
Who you are
You bring at least 8 years of experience designing for enterprise applications or customer-facing mobile and web platforms. You are fluent in English and have a deep understanding of how design translates into code, with familiarity in HTML and CSS. Your toolkit includes proficiency in industry-standard software like Figma and Sketch. You have a strong grasp of iOS and Android design guidelines, and your portfolio proves your ability to create native mobile apps that follow Human Interface or Material Design principles. While not required, a Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction or a related field is a plus. You are a self-starter who communicates ideas clearly and thrives in a collaborative environment.
Why you'll love it here
We believe in fostering a culture of growth and mentorship. By joining us, you will have the chance to influence the direction of our products and help shape our design system. You will work with a team that values your expertise, encourages your creative input, and supports your professional development through coaching and collaborative projects.
