What you'll be doing
- You will own the user journeys, information architecture, and wayfinding for our web properties to ensure we provide a world-class experience for our diverse global audience.
- You will conduct ongoing user research and experiments, translating complex financial concepts into simple, intuitive designs that directly influence our website roadmap.
- You will collaborate across our Creative, Marketing, and Product teams to facilitate discovery sessions and workshops, ensuring our design processes are scalable and measurable.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in UX design and a passion for our mission. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 7 years of professional experience in UX, with a focus on digital design and information architecture.
- Deep expertise in user research, wireframing, sketching, and information architecture.
- A stellar portfolio that showcases your ability to define user flows and big-picture architecture for mobile and desktop web experiences.
- Fluency in English and familiarity with tools such as Figma, LucidChart, and Google Analytics.
- A strong interest in the blockchain and cryptocurrency space, combined with a drive to make these technologies accessible to a mainstream audience.
What you'll get
