In this role, you will help us continue our mission of being the best in the industry by connecting top-tier technical talent with our clients while mentoring the next generation of recruiters.
Key outcomes
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles, covering everything from initial sourcing and screening to salary negotiations and post-hire follow-up.
- Provide mentorship and training to junior recruiters, helping them develop their own technical sourcing strategies and interviewing skills.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, internal business development teams, and your fellow recruiters.
- Utilize your technical expertise to thoroughly vet candidates for specialized roles such as Engineers, Developers, and Architects.
- Stay ahead of industry trends by participating in professional development, maintaining your network, and engaging with professional organizations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in full-cycle technical recruiting, with a track record of successfully placing candidates in high-level technical positions.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM software, and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Expertise in sourcing passive talent through niche platforms like GitHub and Stack Overflow.
- Advanced skills in LinkedIn recruiting, social media sourcing, and executing complex Boolean searches.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex IT roles clearly to various stakeholders.
- A collaborative mindset and a genuine passion for teaching and developing others.
