Role at a glance
We are looking for a Lead TA Manager to join our team in France. This is a full-time, hybrid position designed for an experienced recruitment professional. You will be at the heart of our largest market, driving our talent strategy and ensuring we continue to attract the best people to support our ambitious growth.
Your impact
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of high-quality talent, specifically focusing on go-to-market roles.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a small team of recruiters to maintain high performance and foster a culture of excellence.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their unique needs and refine our recruitment processes for a seamless, data-driven candidate experience.
What you'll need
- At least 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a proven ability to fill challenging roles.
- Strong proficiency in conducting behavioral and competency-based interviews.
- A data-driven mindset with a focus on process optimization and continuous improvement.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills to collaborate effectively across the organization.
- Fluency in both French and English.
- Prior experience in team leadership or mentoring is highly valued.
