Lead Solutions Engineer at Livestorm

At Livestorm, we are the world's leading end-to-end video engagement platform. Since our founding in 2016, we have helped companies of all sizes, from startups to Fortune 500 brands like Shopify and Revolut, host powerful webinars, virtual events, and online meetings. We are currently looking for a Lead Solutions Engineer to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. In this role, you will steer our technical services function, helping us scale how we deliver complex solutions to our customers while managing a senior engineer and growing our network of technical partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of custom solutions by leveraging our API, webhooks, and low-code/no-code platforms like Make, Zapier, and Retool.
• Act as a technical consultant for our clients, evangelizing our CRM integrations and guiding stakeholders through advanced implementation strategies.
• Develop and nurture our ecosystem of integration partners and agencies to ensure we can deliver high-quality, scalable technical services to our global customer base.

Requirements

• Proven technical acumen with hands-on experience in low-code/no-code stacks and a solid understanding of API workflows.
• Experience in a client-facing or technical consulting role where you successfully balanced business goals with technical requirements.
• A proactive, leadership-oriented mindset with the ability to mentor team members and manage external vendor relationships.
• Fluency in both English and French, with the ability to work remotely in a time zone within two hours of Paris.
• Curiosity regarding emerging AI tools and a desire to experiment with new app-building technologies.
