Lead Solutions Engineer - Support at Zeotap

Today, we are a leader in the European market, trusted by innovative brands like Amazon, Virgin Media O2, and Audi to unlock the potential of their customer data securely on Google Cloud. We are looking for a Lead Solutions Engineer to join our team in India and help us continue this journey.

What you'll be doing

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Solutions Engineers to foster a high-performing environment, providing technical coaching and delegating tasks to support individual growth.
• Oversee technical support for our enterprise clients by leading client-facing calls, managing escalations, and building strong relationships to ensure a seamless experience with our platform.
• Drive process optimization and knowledge management by championing the use of automation and scripting, maintaining comprehensive documentation, and collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to improve our workflows.

What you'll bring

To succeed in this role, you should have at least 6 years of experience in technical support or solutions engineering within a SaaS environment. You must be fluent in English and possess the following technical expertise:

• Strong proficiency in Google Cloud and cloud-based infrastructure.
• Deep experience working with RESTful APIs and troubleshooting complex integrations.
• Advanced SQL skills for querying and data analysis.
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, Javascript, or Java to automate technical tasks.
• A proven track record of leadership, escalation management, and clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
