At Aidaly, we are dedicated to transforming the landscape of in-home care. The role

We are seeking a Lead Software Engineer to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in the United States. This is a senior-level position designed for a seasoned professional who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our technical strategy, mentoring our growing engineering team, and ensuring our platform remains robust and scalable as we expand our impact.

Core responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: You will lead a high-performance engineering team, overseeing the development of our mobile applications, desktop portals, and core infrastructure.
• Hands-on Development: You will contribute directly to our codebase, with a focus on building AI-driven features and custom APIs while designing secure, compliant infrastructure.
• DevOps & CI/CD: You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining continuous integration and delivery pipelines to optimize our cloud infrastructure and development processes.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• At least 7 years of professional software engineering experience, including 3 or more years in a leadership capacity within a startup setting.
• Deep domain expertise regarding the complexities of the United States healthcare system and familiarity with consumer fintech regulations.
• Proven ability to design and develop data layers and infrastructure that automate complex business processes.
• A strong bias for action and a track record of shipping products quickly.
• A preference for candidates with prior experience as a founder or experience in Seed to Series C stage companies.
• Fluency in English.
