We are looking for a seasoned frontend expert to join our team at VI. We specialize in consulting and delivering innovative web solutions, and we want you to help us shape exceptional digital experiences for our clients. What you'll be doing
- You will act as a trusted advisor to our clients, translating their business needs into effective technical solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
- You will take full ownership of the technical side of our projects, handling everything from initial cost estimation and architecture design to the final implementation.
- You will lead interdisciplinary teams and mentor junior engineers, setting the technical direction and ensuring that we consistently deliver high-quality results.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you should have at least 7 years of experience as a Lead Developer or Frontend Engineer. We are looking for someone who possesses the following qualifications:
- Deep technical expertise in React, TypeScript, and modern build tools.
- A strong background in Agile development, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Git workflows.
- Experience working with Storyblok or similar headless CMS platforms is highly desirable.
- Fluency in both German and English, as you will be communicating with clients and team members in both languages.
- A willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings, workshops, and internal company events.
