We are currently looking for a Lead Software Engineer to join our team in a hybrid capacity in France.

Key outcomes

• Lead a squad of senior engineers by balancing organizational and strategic responsibilities.
• Design and challenge system architectures while ensuring the delivery of high-quality features.
• Act as a servant leader to foster team efficiency, continuous improvement, and professional growth.
• Partner closely with Product Managers to define the team vision, roadmap, and success metrics.
• Ensure the squad remains aligned with broader business and technical objectives.
• Maintain high standards for code quality, monitoring, and development cycles.

Requirements

• A degree equivalent to BAC+5.
• At least 3 years of experience in web development.
• Strong proficiency in our core stack: NestJS, Node.js, React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Experience with REST and GraphQL.
• A deep commitment to TDD and testing practices using Jest.
• Proven ability to work within short delivery cycles and familiarity with CI/CD in cloud environments.
• Excellent interpersonal and emotional intelligence skills to manage stakeholders and support team members.
• Fluency in French.

Preferred qualifications

• Prior experience in a Team Lead or similar leadership role.
• Knowledge of infrastructure and DevOps practices.
• Experience or interest in Generative AI tools such as OpenAI or LangChain.
