We are looking for a Lead Software Engineer to join our IT Solutions team on a full-time, on-site basis in the United States. Our Application Development group is dedicated to supporting the global capital markets by building high-quality, efficient, and secure software solutions. As a lead, you will play a vital role in shaping our technical landscape and mentoring our talented team as we tackle complex challenges in the financial services industry.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operations for the team while providing high-level technical expertise to ensure our projects meet their goals.
- Lead the technical design of large-scale business systems, focusing on application development, data security, and system recovery.
- Establish and maintain technology best practices, including performance tuning, data modeling, and the creation of robust system documentation.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in information technology and a commitment to engineering excellence. We require the following qualifications:
- A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in software engineering.
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Expertise in technical design, data modeling, and application security.
- The ability to research new technologies independently and recommend effective solutions.
- Current authorization to work in the United States, as this position is open only to US citizens and Green Card holders.
