What you bring

We are looking for a Lead Software Engineer to join our SDK team on a full-time basis. Based in India, you will work in a hybrid capacity to build innovative features for our customer chat applications. Your primary focus will be using Swift and SwiftUI to deliver intuitive, high-performance user experiences. Your core responsibilities include:

• Designing and deploying high-quality features that prioritize both performance and usability.
• Collaborating closely with our Product and Design teams to ensure a seamless and unified user experience across our entire suite of applications.
• Participating in rigorous code reviews and testing cycles to maintain the high standards of our software.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have at least 6 years of experience in building native mobile applications. We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithm complexity. You should be highly proficient in Swift, SwiftUI, and architectural patterns like MVVM and MVC. A strong candidate will have experience with unit and UI testing, Git version control, and Agile methodologies. We value individuals who hold a degree in Computer Science or have equivalent professional experience, and we are particularly interested in those who have worked with Websockets. Beyond technical skills, we look for proactive, curious team players who are eager to step outside their comfort zone to solve complex customer issues.
