The opportunity

We are seeking a Lead Software Engineer to join our team in a full-time capacity. In this role, you will be a central figure in shaping our technical landscape, specifically focusing on the architecture and development of our frontend applications. You will work within a cloud-native environment to create seamless, high-impact experiences that make financial prosperity accessible to individuals everywhere. This is a chance to take ownership of complex technical challenges while helping us scale our infrastructure to meet the needs of a global audience.

A day in the life

• You will architect and build robust frontend features using TypeScript and React to ensure our platforms remain performant and user-friendly.
• You will collaborate closely with our product managers and UX designers to translate complex financial concepts into elegant, intuitive customer experiences.
• You will make high-level architectural decisions, leveraging your deep understanding of data structures and algorithms to solve intricate software problems.

Who you are

You are a curious and autonomous engineer who thrives in environments where you can make a tangible impact. You communicate effectively in English and bring a strong foundation in computer science to the table. We are looking for someone who possesses the following:

• At least 7 years of professional experience, ideally building products that face end-users.
• Expert-level proficiency in TypeScript and React.
• A background in UI/UX testing and a passion for creating polished interfaces.
• A solid grasp of AWS services and cloud-native technologies.
• Previous experience in the financial services sector is highly valued.
• A desire to mentor others and establish long-term architectural standards for our growing codebase.
