We are currently looking for a Lead Software Development Engineer in Test to join our remote team and help us champion quality throughout every phase of our development lifecycle.
What you'll be doing
- You will collaborate with our cross-location engineering team to explore and implement innovative strategies for enhancing software quality.
- You will act as a mentor, guiding engineers across various teams to help them refine their own testing strategies.
- You will build robust test frameworks and tools using Python and JavaScript, while managing our infrastructure with Docker and Kubernetes.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in test automation across various layers, including unit, component, contract, and end-to-end testing. We are looking for someone with:
- Extensive programming expertise and a proven ability to write high-quality code.
- Practical experience working within development teams to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
- A history of working closely with product management and engineering teams to deliver successful outcomes.
- Proficiency in English.
- Knowledge of Go, which is considered a helpful bonus.
