LHV Bank is a fully licensed UK institution providing essential banking services to global fintechs and SME lending solutions. Since securing our UK banking license in 2023, we have expanded into retail savings and direct-to-customer banking, supporting over 200 fintech partners and 10 million end customers. We are currently seeking a Lead Salesforce Developer to join our team in a hybrid capacity, helping us scale our CRM processes and integrate advanced automation within our highly regulated financial environment.
Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions across our diverse banking product suite.
- Provide hands-on management and mentorship for our existing team of Salesforce Administrators.
- Maintain and optimize our nCino platform to ensure seamless integration with our broader banking infrastructure.
- Partner with Product and Agile Delivery teams to translate complex business requirements into high-impact technical features.
- Oversee our Salesforce architecture, focusing on long-term scalability and robust integration strategies.
- Write and maintain high-quality APEX code and Lightning components while enforcing development best practices.
- Champion improvements in our DevOps processes to ensure safer and faster deployments.
Must-haves
- Extensive professional experience in Salesforce development, specifically with APEX and Lightning.
- Demonstrated leadership or mentorship experience, preferably within a regulated industry.
- Current Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II credentials.
- Deep understanding of integration strategies and API management.
- A strong commitment to automation and operational efficiency.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and cross-functional environment.
- Fluency in English.
Nice-to-haves
- Practical experience with nCino or similar banking-specific platforms.
- Background in Fintech or the financial services sector.
- Proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Experience using Salesforce DX for continuous integration and deployment.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
