What you'll be doing
- You will take full ownership of the recruiting lifecycle for experienced hires across R&D, GTM, and G&A, acting as a project leader to drive searches forward and remove any bottlenecks.
- You will conduct deep, thorough initial screens that involve crafting and iterating on interview questions to accurately assess a candidate's performance history, skills, and potential for success at our company.
- You will partner closely with senior leadership to define search parameters and ensure that every new hire elevates our organizational talent density.
What you'll bring
- At least 7 years of recruiting experience, ideally with a track record of handling increasingly complex searches in high-velocity, demanding environments.
- Proven ability to recruit for diverse functions such as product management, business operations, data science, and finance, with a preference for those who have experience in competitive contingency agencies.
- Strong proficiency in English and a deep curiosity that drives you to understand the business and the people you support at a granular level.
- A bachelor's degree in an intellectually rigorous discipline.
- The ability to thrive in both highly structured settings and environments characterized by ambiguity.
