We are currently seeking an ambitious Lead Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team and help us scale our organization by securing top-tier talent.
Key outcomes
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for high-impact technical and non-technical roles, from initial kick-off meetings to offer extensions and onboarding.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to build robust, diverse talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and leadership, fostering strong relationships and facilitating seamless stakeholder management.
- Analyze recruitment data and metrics to optimize processes, allocate resources effectively, and drive informed decision-making.
- Elevate the candidate experience to ensure we remain an employer of choice while supporting high levels of engagement and retention.
- Provide mentorship and coaching to team members, sharing expertise to inspire collective performance and growth.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of specialized recruiting experience, ideally within a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
- Proven success managing complex, full-cycle searches across various business functions, with a strong focus on technical roles.
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously while delivering high-quality results.
- Strong analytical capabilities, including proficiency in G Suite and experience leveraging ATS reporting to translate data into actionable insights.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and the ability to effectively influence and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to solve problems intuitively and adapt quickly to changing business needs.
- Fluency in English.
- This is a hybrid role, requiring a minimum of two days per week in our New York City office.
Preferred qualifications
- A combination of both agency and in-house recruiting experience.
- Experience spearheading initiatives such as employer branding, colleague referral programs, or candidate experience improvements.
- Background in utilizing social media and marketing channels to enhance recruitment efforts.
Compensation
The annual salary range for this position is $110,000 to $130,000. Please note that actual compensation may vary based on factors such as location, individual performance, skills, and experience. In addition to salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including:
