What is this role?
We are seeking a Senior Lead Recruiter for Tech Product to join us on a contractor basis. This is a hands-on delivery role based in the United Kingdom, designed for an experienced professional who can jump in immediately. You will work in a hybrid capacity, which includes being in the office two days per week. This initial two-month contract offers the possibility of an extension and is outside IR35.What will you do?
- Take ownership of the end-to-end hiring process, from defining role requirements and interview scorecards to facilitating wash-up meetings that lead to quantifiable hiring decisions.
- Act as an expert sourcer by proactively identifying and converting passive candidates for both permanent and freelance roles, specifically across software engineering, product management, product design, delivery, and QA.
- Collaborate with the wider team to identify process improvements, explore new attraction channels, and utilize data to enhance our diversity and inclusion efforts.

- Deep expertise in sourcing and hiring for technical and product-focused roles.
- Proficiency with Greenhouse or similar applicant tracking systems.
- A passion for building diverse, inclusive teams and a data-driven approach to measuring recruitment success.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
