About the Role
We are looking for a Lead Python Engineer to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Poland. In this role, you will act as a hands-on technical leader, steering our engineering strategy and guiding a talented group of developers as we build and refine our sophisticated procurement solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct the design and implementation of scalable, cloud-based software solutions while ensuring high performance and system stability.
- Mentor and lead our development team, fostering a collaborative environment that prioritizes technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Break down complex business requirements into actionable technical components and oversee the entire development lifecycle, from initial architecture to final testing and documentation.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience in technical leadership, specifically in designing and implementing complex integration solutions.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and a strong working knowledge of microservices architecture.
- Deep understanding of architectural patterns such as DDD and CQRS, along with practical experience using Kubernetes.
- Solid background working with both SQL and NoSQL databases, as well as messaging services like Kafka and RabbitMQ.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly in English.
- Familiarity with networking and security principles within major cloud environments.
